CINCINNATI — Chad Ochocinco is used to making news. Now, he’s trying to break some. The Cincinnati Bengals receiver is planning to form his own social news network on Twitter, using his player contacts around the league to develop news about other teams.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — If you’re trying to figure out who to follow on Twitter, you might soon be turning to fellow users for help, rather than the company itself. Evan Williams, the CEO and co-founder of the short-messaging site, said Tuesday that he “desperately” wants to retire or evolve the company’s “suggested user” list, which offers suggestions of people to follow.
